Mark and the team at Your First Aid Safety Training Ltd provided a training course specifically tailored to cover all eventualities of dealing with first aid in schools. Our trainer Mark immediately engaged everyone delivering the session using a friendly, straightforward method of explaining the most important information and taking away the unnecessary extra bits that make it more confusing, dispelling a lot of myths connected with first aid. His words “To at least try and do something is better than doing nothing at all” really stuck with me and took away the fear of not attempting first aid in case I did it wrong. There was a hands-on section where we used manikins to practice resuscitation, CPR and choking. Mark listened to our school concerns and we had a great Q&A session plus it was very helpful to hear about Marks own personal experiences in delivering first aid. This training session left everyone feeling confident in their skills to deliver first aid, a fantastic training session that I would recommend to anyone.
